Plunge into an unexpected experience to create a lasting impression
The challenge
After very successful earlier editions, how can we create an impactful trip that will further unite the teams ?
Let’s start!
- Our response: design an experiential trip to a destination off the beaten track, in the extreme cold of Lapland, and composed of memorable group experiences to boost team spirit and make team members feel proud for being a part of it!
- In practice, this entails creating a surprise by taking the participants to an exclusive lodge in the depths of the forest, on the shore of a frozen lake, surrounded by snow and fir trees for as far as the eye can see…
- Then they’ll embark on a novel experience interspersed with surprising discoveries such as the Reindeer Farm or a journey in sleds pulled by sled-dogs. There’ll also be fun team activities, such as the Ice Olympics or the safari by snowbike. A dynamic and varied program to take participants out of their comfort zone and create team memories!
- And the highlight of the event: an unexpected and memorable meeting with Father Christmas! A child’s dream come true.

The Sag Touch’
- We’re glad that, in our tiny hotel tucked away in the middle of the forest, a true sense of family was formed throughout this trip.
- The previous evening still makes us laugh! The participants were in top form, the location was very charming and the waiters only spoke Finnish! Guaranteed to make you laugh out loud!
